The Magic of Letting Go to Let In (Law of Subtraction)

Living the Freedom of Priceless Worth

In the 1850s, an Englishman made his fortune in the Californian goldfields, and as he travelled overland on his way home, he arrived in New Orleans. He did what a lot of tourists would do in that day; he went to the slave market, when, in that day, there were still slaves sold openly at market. He saw in the lot a sole African-American woman there, being auctioned. One woman in a multitude of men. He overheard two evil men who were bidding for her, discussing what they would do with her, and repulsed of heart, he decided to bid for her. He waited until the bidding slowed, and as the gavel was about to fall, made his bid – a figure exactly twice that of the bid that would have won – utterly beyond anything that had ever been paid for a slave before.

Is God To Blame For The Death Of A Loved One?

One of the most difficult questions asked to Christians, and often asked by Christians themselves is the question about a good God allowing bad things to happen. This is be a hard thing to come to grips with. The reason this is so difficult is partly due to our misconception of who God is, what God wants, and what God’s limitations are. Once we can answer these correctly, understanding the difficult question becomes easier.

The Spiritual Road Ahead

It’s time to recognize that NOW is our spiritual “future.” Our spiritual “childhood” is over and it’s time to recognize and accept our role as spiritual adults. The spiritual landscape is changing, and these changes will require us to be bold, direct, and active participants with responsibility for the outcome of our choices.

The Predetermination Quandary

The conventional notion of predetermination suggests you have no control over your personal fate. However, our findings show you have complete control over it, though in a way different than you may think.

Passing Through the Light Into Another Plane of Existence

When many think of dying, they get as nervous as a longtailed cat under a rocking chair. The thought of the unknown, and of losing their earthly mode of transportation scares the daylights out of them. From what we can learn from those who have gone before we find there really is nothing to fear. Passing over can be very calming and pleasant, and as Winston Churchill once said, We have nothing to fear, but fear itself.” When we pass from one dimension to another, what is often referred to by those on the physical plane as death, we pass through what many who have had a near-death experience as a tunnel leading to a white light.

The Enigmatic Mephistopheles

I recently came across a painting of “Mephistopheles” rendered by my partner’s (Lana) Russian Grandfather Aluhin “Alexander” Lubimoff in 1913. My partner told me her grandmother, Alexandra, would almost be obsessed (at times) in talking about the enigmatic Mephistopheles. Mephistopheles has been written about in occult texts throughout history. What follows is an alternative history for the shadowy figure known as Mephistopheles.

How To Stay Humble On The Spiritual Path

For many, many years I have wondered why there are people on this planet who are aware and people who are not aware. More specifically, I have thought about why there are people who are abusive and people who are not.

A Crossroad on the Journey to the God-Willed Life

This will be the last article and post for a while. Besides a three-month moratorium last year, I’ve written and posted articles continually since before Facebook; over ten years ago. Nearly 7,000 articles later I’ve learned so much. It’s been a major way how God has interacted with me – to the sum of 30-hours per week for those 10-plus years. But this isn’t just about the writing. It’s about something more fundamental. There are imbalances to correct.

The Sabbath Was Made for Humanity (Mark 2:23-3:6)

“The sabbath was made for humankind, and not humankind for the sabbath; so the Son of Man is lord even of the sabbath.” (Mark 2:27-28) Anarchy is something we all fear – those of us who know what it is, anyway. I say that as someone who was a devotee of the Sex Pistols when they brought out “Anarchy for the UK” in 1977, though I think my enthusiasm at the time was a consequence of the self-destructive rage I was then experiencing, combined with my youthful ignorance.

Astrology: Three Stages of Becoming an Adept Seer

Over thirty years ago we marveled at how psychics could apply astrology and other forms of divination to infer character traits and personal timing. We began doing our own soothsaying around the same time, and today recognize a general three-stage process in becoming proficient in astrology. This also applies to numerology, tarot, runes, or any other form of divination.
