Everyone knows gratitude as thankfulness, though we also regard it as a process through which to increase spiritual power, thus get more out of life and progress toward self-actualization. Commonly, those on the spiritual path to self-awareness experience three stages of gratitude.

The New Age marketplace includes countless well-meaning people. However, like any industry, it has its share of tricksters and hucksters. Many don’t mean to mislead, but they feel pressure to generate income and press, and in the process lose their integrity.

A vision can be shown or gifted to us in the form of a dream, or through energy. It’s not something that must be seen with our physical eyes. I will often close my eyes when I’m working with a client or teaching a class so I can see better. When my physical eyes are closed, there are no distractions, allowing me to tap into energy more completely.

Our conversation turned, as I mentioned to Marilyn, what an amazing privilege it must be to bring little people into the world as a job. Having 3 children of my own and been there for their births I could only guess at what her response would be. Marilyn agreed that it is an extremely rewarding occupation and being there for the whole birthing experience, with mother, father and the new born was a sort of a spiritual experience.

HOW to be blessed? It’s the question we might presume is on every Christian’s mind. It might be on the mind of the person who doesn’t even yet believe. Of course, everyone wants a ‘blessed’ life if we think of it in terms of outcome, so, how is it that we are to be blessed?

The Bible, as we may know, represents symbolised analogies as a means of Self-realization; biblically phrased, this means coming upon [our] full humanity or developing expanded consciousness. By internalizing scriptural “Jesus” as an inward process rather that an outward, we eternalize Christ Nature as our everyday functioning consciousness — facilitating conscious awareness of our soul’s unbounded eternal status. For example, when decoded beyond their literal interpretation, the following two verses are indicative of the process of soul disentanglement from generational conditioning thereby allow experiencing through expanded or cosmic consciousness.

No amount of pain will change the past. We need to learn to feel our pain for a season and now when it is time to let it go!
