PENETRATING every area of life, this issue of the Gospel, the good news of Jesus Christ, that Jesus is Lord, means that God’s truth breaks through into every situation of life. Notwithstanding the myriad times that evil has its way in this world, the power and reality of the gospel truth pervades, underpinning everything. And this is, perhaps, a difficult philosophy to understand, how good can triumph over a seemingly all pervasive evil.

As sinners we are judged innocent because an Innocent Man took the full weight of our sin. But we must accept this by faith to enjoy innocence in the sight of God.

We are in our series, Faith for Finances and today we are talking about sowing and reaping. What do you see beyond your now? The world is full of goodies and bad stuffs, what do you see coming to you? You are a product of what you see and you are also limited by how far you see. How well you see today determines your story tomorrow. This post stresses the importance of maximizing your vision.

This is a must read if you have ever hit an animal while driving. How many would just keep driving? How many stop and go to the injured, dying or dead animal guide and agree to learn the lesson being so gently offered? How many open their hearts wide enough to truly share the pain of the fallen animal?

When you are going through tough times, you should always hold on to faith. It is the faith in Almighty that will give you the right strength which will help you deal with the tormenting times.

I was so encouraged when I heard a Pastor say that it is impossible for God to do nothing, that simple little statement had an enormous impact on me. It increased my confidence in the Lord, gave me joy and encouraged my hope.

The routines of our lives can sometimes lull us into the illusion that nothing else exists outside of our own focus. In order to see the needs of others, we must step out of our routines and our comfort zones and put ourselves into the shoes of others.

The final destination of the Christian journey is to meet God. Everything we do is a building block toward that end. This journey has gleaming touchstones, and we must attempt to show that God cares enough to give us the chance to commit our whole lives to him.

Last night I had an experience that shook me a little. No, it didn’t shake my faith. Just shook me up and made me realize that I’m being required to stretch. Here is an idea of how the faith process makes sense for me.

Sometimes things don’t work right. What do you do when it happens?

When Jesus called the disciples He said to them two words, follow Me. He did not explain to them His plan first then said follow me instead, He told them to follow Him because He knew the plan He had for them as well as for Himself. It is natural for us to attempt to work out a plan for our life but it is not spiritual and that is why most of our planning would fail. We would rely upon what we think is right for us but that is not always a good thing because we cannot see what is ahead of us but God sees the future therefore, He knows what is best for us.
