The astral plane is impossibly large it would be impossible for me to give you an exact size especially since there exploration has been very limited until recent years. But even with our limited exploration of this astral reality we have been able to find 5 distinct realms. The laws of distance, space, and direction are somewhat different then on the physical realm but as far we can tell these 5 realms are “Stacked” on top of each other as well as existing in the same space.

Earthbound Spirits bring to you the energy of their death and the negative stuff from their lives. They can make you sick in body and mind. You must get rid of them to heal! I usually find that an Earthbound Spirit (or spirits, since I usually find more than one) want to be rescued from the uncomfortable situation they are in. I help them do that and usually have great success quickly and quietly. Most of the spirits that I rescue are physical, detectable energies, usually lost souls who do not understand their condition. One of the ‘toughest’ moments of the awakening process (if not the toughest one) is the ‘uncomfortable’ but extremely necessary full review and following healing and forgiveness of the old past.

Personal growth begins with the discovery of the our higher Self. This is the Christ within, created by God. Before this awakening we live from the lower self, or ego, created by the world. The lower self or ego is a false sense of who we are formed by the lies of the world.
