Every once in a while God guides us to meet someone who shines like a bright star in a dark and cold world. Someone who infects everyone around them with cheerfulness and brightens up their whole day.

There are a lot of popular misconceptions about present moment awareness, otherwise known as “enlightenment”.There is something in human nature – a desire to glamorise, sanctify, objectify and idolise – that elevates people who have offered deep insights to the human race and create distance between them and the rest of us. But these great ones have the exactly the same psychological, emotional, and physiological equipment as the rest of us. If one can do it so can we all – potentially. To put it bluntly – we all share the same basic equipment.

Mindfulness is a spontaneous and naturally occurring state. The practise of mindfulness, or present moment awareness, enables us to stop thinking and step out of the tyranny and treadmill of our thoughts, and it also shows how to think more resourcefully. Have you ever woken up in the morning…

The shakti energy (also called prana or qi) represents the holy spirit; the anima or sacred feminine which exemplifies the creative life force that is required to awaken the soul to its true potential. In China, qi is pronounced as “chi,” while in Japan, qi is pronounced as “ki,” and in ancient Egypt, this life force of empowerment was known as “ka.”

From my perspective, competition sits on the fear side of the spectrum of human emotion. I am not talking about competition with Self – to be closer and closer to your true, intrinsic nature, until ultimately you are, in each breath, your God-self; I am speaking here of competition from a belief in LACK. We are told that survival is innate in our DNA. But how could we have a need for survival in a reality where each one’s needs are met, and there is no Lack? If everyone is prosperous and abundant, where would the drive to survive originate from?

Are you called to be shaman? If you are how do you know? If you aren’t how do you know? If you don’t want to be a shaman but would like to take advantages of some of the shamanic practices and techniques. Can you? Are you allowed to or not? Do you have to be initiated to be a shaman? These are all questions that I once had after I finally submitted and embarked upon this quest. And I will share what I have learned with you from my experience.

Being a computer person, I couldn’t help myself but find means to really optimize the use of my computer. Same as with the internet. I wanted to have the best of my internet use. I want faster speed and great results. I just wanted to have the best output of everything. And I guess, it is also true for you…. That is also true on our daily lives. We wanted to have faster results on our lives and we wanted to have the best of everything, even on our daily walk with Christ.
