From Thinking to Presence: 5 Minute Meditation with Eckhart Tolle

What Western culture refers to as ‘the paranormal’, the Bible considers normal for all of its faithful adherents. The challenge for today’s believer is to learn how to cultivate those disciplines that facilitate the reorientation of his/her being in order to experience revelatory encounters with Jesus Christ. Encounters, such as these, tend to validate the disciple’s spiritual birthright in ways that, otherwise, could not be appreciated.

I’ve always been this big picture visionary type of gal.  It’s so easy for me to see the outcome of situations, to see possibility and what’s available on the world buffet to choose from. There’s power in having clarity of your big vision.

So you want to know how to get rid of debt? Of course you do that is the reason you are here. Do you know inside all of us we have a magnetic energy that either attracts or repel money from us, so if you have this magnetic force running in your favor then you’ll attract money from all sort of unimagined sources, opportunities will look for you.

“And God said, Let there be… Stop! Think about this. Isn’t it amazing to know that all that we see originate from the spoken Word of God?! Have you ever given yourself the chance to reflect on the beauty of creation? Have you ever let yourself to be spoken to by those ‘small’ things that seem not to matter except when it comes to science?

Let’s talk about greed. Greed is one of those grave sins we barely even notice. You could be greedy and don’t know it and worse, you could be a greedy Christian and not know it. As a Christian, greed is something you should never tolerate greed as it is one of the seven deadly sins. The Bible talks of greed and its effects on one’s personality and treatment of the people around him or her, how you could keep wanting everything and end up with nothing.

I was listening to someone, telling me “no.” I watched, as they held their finger up, wagging it — like a little, defining ruler, ready to smack me on the head.

The temptation to speak our mind presents itself to us every day. We have opinions, and many of us have very strong opinions of what is right and what is wrong; what is good and what is bad; and what should and what should not be done. Our inner thermostat registers white-hot sometimes when we see the speech and actions of others. We long to put in our two cents worth. We want to set them straight!

How blessed we are to have a God Who is eagerly and willingly waiting to give us a wise solution to every one of our problems and needs if we will only seek Him for it. By following the path of God’s wisdom, we are able to bring about the best end and the richest enjoyment, and the most efficient way to expend our energy.

I believe that Satan has done an extraordinary job at entangling our understanding of the power of the cross, and his schemes make Jesus appear like a wimp, even effeminate to the eyes of the world. It is no wonder that so many people, even church leaders fall pray of the seductions of the world, even to the point of rejecting salvation for the sake of momentary pleasures, powers or financial gain.

Being a mix of cultures, parents from India and Middle East, while being born in Montreal myself, and having lived in various countries for the past 20 years, I see the world split in two cultures or mentalities, East and West. Today, I am in Cambodia, and have observed the different people, locals in the streets, and tourists in the hotel. I am a very friendly person, and since I am alone I like to approach people because, for me, people are very valuable and interesting to talk to so I learn and grow more each day.

Your higher truth emanates from within. Prayer is the language of your Soul Essence. Healing is the releasing of all that has or continues to cause you pain.

Nothing is impossible to the Mind of Man. Napoleon Hill the famous author of “Think and Grow Rich” said: “Whatever the mind of man can conceive and believe he can achieve.” Your conscious mind controls your subconscious mind and your subconscious mind is all powerful.
