“Know thyself and you will know the Universe and the Gods.” This is written on the entrance of the temple of Apollo in Delhi, Greece. This phrase in short says what Gnosis is about. It’s about attaining the knowledge of the Universe through the knowledge of oneself.

Throughout history we have been taught that the higher stuff is better. We’ve got the Higher Self, Higher Chakras, Higher Frequencies etc. Because we believe that cosmic wisdom comes from above, when we seek that wisdom there is a tendency to go up and out of our bodies. This is no longer appropriate in the New Energy. It’s all about being here now and bringing spirit fully into physical reality.

As the planet goes through changes the likes of which we have never seen, it stands to reason that each one of us might be subject to the same sort of geo-physical stress. Our day to day lives have been altered by more than one influence – and many of us have noticed that this shift in energy is creating a number of different physical and psychological symptoms. Those of you who are beginning to notice that things “ain’t what they used to be” will enjoy hearing what Sarah has to say about the finer points of moving through the Great Void.

When you get involved in a new Church, if you feel you are comfortable there and you have benefited from attending, it’s not uncommon to have a desire to get involved in serving within some capacity in the church. This may take the form of involving yourself in already established forms of ministry within your church, or it may be that you feel a specific inspiration to start something new. All of us are on earth for a reason, discovering and living out our life purpose is one of the most fulfilling things we will do in life. Often church can be a forum where this is discovered. Below I would like to highlight some key considerations I feel will greatly benefit anyone embarking on involvement in ministry or leadership.

The believer is always in constant conflict with the enemy. Unlike the physical battle, the weapons of our warfare are not physical. In this article, we shall be looking at some specific weapons of warfare.

As the caregivers, we need to realize that inside that crippled arthritic body lies years of experience, knowledge, and many adventures. Treating them with little respect is like saying they don’t matter anymore.

There are a plethora of articles written on gratitude and yes I’m adding to the melting pot. Why you ask? It’s natural for a society to forget to be grateful. People today live with an entitlement mentality. I believe a gentle reminder is in order to shake us now and again to stop us from living with spiritual complacently and taking life for granted.

We are all unique and a miracle of life, but it is only possible to really enjoy life and be happy when we live through our spirit which resides in our heart and soul. The ability to listen to and live through our spirit needs to be our aim, if we hope to find true happiness.

What happens to the healers of the world when the world begins to wake up to the fact that everyone has the power to heal themselves? For many of us, this could be the million dollar question. It seems as if it’s time to step into a place of complete and total trust, expanding our sense of limitation enough to see that we are in the process of discovering totally new ways to be who we are.

Many of us are caught up in the belief that we have to be spiritually perfect before we can start sharing our wisdom. This is an issue that all of us can relate to but it seems to be even more of an issue for anyone who works as a spiritual healer or teacher. The idea that one has to be an angel or an Ascended Master to own the right to know something is one of the biggest “Woo-woo” misconceptions on the planet.
