Do you desire a close walk with God and long to be close to Him? Then you will want to read this article. God created us for fellowship and communion with Himself. He designed and craved holy intimacy with us, sharing in our lives, imparting His wisdom, knowledge and understanding with us, from the very beginning. It is still His will to have this kind of relationship with us. But as you may be aware, it will take our participation for this kind of walk with God to become a reality. The question is, are you willing to do what it takes to have a closer walk with the Lord? Two cannot walk together except they agree. Two cannot walk together if they are walking on two different roads. In order to experience a real and life-transforming walk with the Creator of the universe, we must be willing to join Him on the road He is travelling. We must accept the fact that His way is better than our way, and an intimate walk with Him is worth any thing that we may have to lay aside. Oh, to walk closely with the Lord.

Many methods are available to you for your personal and spiritual growth. Between a plethora of angels in spirit and on the earth plane, plus numerous opportunities for you to grow and thrive, all you need to do is embrace some of them. Trust you inner voice; the child within. It speaks in loud volumes to let you know what direction is best; what people will help you when you are in need.

In times of change, you will feel more secure and in control of your path when you allow for the gift of God’s energy to comfort and guide you. There is no harm in trusting a Higher Power. There is no down side to it, even if you do not want to understand the simplicity and beauty of uniting with the Creator. While many people will always want to deny the existence of angels, for those of you who believe and know that there is another dimension of life, the rewards will come to you in innumerable ways. There are no limits to the rewards and gifts you will receive.

Wherever you walk, you are walking in the footsteps of a Higher Power. It is only when you try to run from them that you will find yourself struggling. You must ask yourself whether or not striding in the comfort and peace of angels is better or worse than going through life feeling like you can do it alone. It is okay to embrace love when love is so freely given. Turning it down, whether they are emotions from people, or from the realm of Light, will make for more struggles down your path of existence.

We are a culture obsessed with success and our idea of success has become closely tied to our idea of identity and self-worth. Progress, upward mobility, moving up have all been carved out as expectations in our minds…success is something we seize, claim, own! Our success is evidenced by, among other things, more prestigious jobs, higher salaries, bigger houses, nicer cars, and private schools.

If you have not had the opportunity to meet your best friend yet, then you simply need to say, Hello God it’s me calling. There is one thing you can be sure of, and that is you won’t get a busy signal, and you don’t need any high powered electronic device to make your connection.

So how can we finally grasp this oneness thing and be free from all illusion – live in total harmony – peace and balance? Reaching oneness, why?

If humanity was soon to disappear, so too would any significance that we have attached to so many of our earthly creations. Hierarchal frames of reference for distinguishing between people would be of absolutely no use. This would include ethnic back-ground or cultural divisions, language barriers, and differences in skin color, hair texture, or religious doctrine.

The deal is not necessarily to embrace our personal drama, be it large or small. It’s not really about understanding what happened. It’s about facing the moment squarely. It’s about breathing with intent and staying present, self-aware and awake, in the moment that is under our feet. Yup, ‘that’ moment, and that’s because ‘that’ moment under our feet is the only moment we can ever shape from the inside/out. Think about it.

Reading: 2nd Kings 4:1-7 (KJV) “Now there cried a certain woman of the wives of the sons of the prophets unto Elisha, saying, thy servant my husband is dead; and thou knowest that thy servant did fear the lord: and the creditor is come to take unto him my two sons to be bondmen. And Elisha said unto her, what shall I do for thee? tell me, what, what hast thou in the house?

Each day comes with its own unique blessing and we can harness these blessing when we cultivate the right attitude. You cannot wake up early in the morning and start the day with complaint, and expect that day to be glorious. What we say concerning any particular day eventually determines how the day turns out to be.
