Sometimes the world overwhelms us leaving no room to enrich our souls, to find the beauty within. It is difficult to claim your need for spirituality in this busy messy society where things are in constant change.

Spirituality is a very complex phenomenon that may get easy to attain as long as we find the appropriate path to our self. Of course, in order to simplify things for a truly spiritual life, you might need some guidance that will carefully assist you through a unique spiritual journey.

Who else can you trust? There is no other deity or entity one may place ones trust if one seeks guidance and rallying power towards overcoming adversity and difficult times. One perspective is that difficult times actually give rise to the discussions of the existence of God more so than prosperous times. The dominant reason to trust in God at any time irrespective of difficulties or not is because our souls cry out for his sustenance and we feel empty if we do not comply. Regrets are fashioned in a crude, relaxed, lazy moment. I know this very well. Perhaps it’s a moment of tiredness mid-morning – about powernap time – when I don’t show a loved one or work colleague the interest they deserve, as I withdraw into myself. This is but one example of something we all do. There is a better way!

Change causes us the temptation to worry, because everywhere about us circumstances are in flux; times are impossible to predict. The people we relate with today are not always the people we’ll relate with a year from now. Whilst circumstances change and people come in and go out of our lives, it’s good to be reminded of our soul’s connection with God and that that never changes.

The thought leaders of science know that materialism — the doctrine that the world is composed of mindless particles and impersonal forces — cannot be true. An increasing number of scientists are looking to find a place for spiritualism or consciousness in the make up the world, as another set of writers speak of the surging of human consciousness. Is a more spiritual world possible? We’ll never know if we only teach our children about materialism.

While each experience is unique, people report more or less the same set of experiences at least initially. If you are curious, don’t let fear of the unknown stop you. A vast world of experiences and sensations awaits you.
