We live in an era in which misinformation travels around the world before truth has an opportunity to be determined. Prior to the advent of the Internet and instant communication among the masses simultaneously (Face Book, Twitter, etc.), people checked and rechecked facts before disseminating information. Given this fact it is important for each person to distinguish truth from misinformation, because if not, those who do not check will fall for anything and everything.

Death, in some people’s opinion, means a cessation of life. In other words, when you are dead, you are done. This is not true according to the teachings of the Bible. Nor is the teaching of reincarnation. When a person dies, they do not come back here as a dog, cow or something else, or somebody else for that matter. I know that there are religions which teach these things. However, the Bible says otherwise. Is there life after death according to the Sacred Scriptures? Yes there is. Man is created by Almighty God. We actually are spirit beings, living in bodies of flesh, possessing souls. And when the physical body dies, the real us, the inward man,our spirits and souls live on. A spirit can never cease to exist. We will live forever. Where we will live is another subject, but that is entirely up to the individual. By this I mean, man has a choice as to where he or she will spend eternity. It is not up to God. It is up to you.

Religion wants to govern our every thought and action. The problem is that we buy into it. Do we have to? This article discusses the way to decide if what we are being told is truth or simple intimidation.

Many sinners have the belief that because they have sinned, they are doomed, and will certainly end up in a hell because of what they have done. Many who think like this then go all the way and evil becomes a normal part of their everyday. They believe they will be judged by an angry god who will never forgive them for what they have done.

There are many self-appointed spiritual masters in the world today. These personalities proliferate over the Internet, create their own web sites, and have an increasing amount of followers. Many can be found on YouTube delivering their message. This is very charming but how do we discern an authentic master from a bogus one?

The words, ‘am I my brother’s keeper,’ were mentioned by Cain in the Holy Bible when God asked him where his brother Abel was. Cain had killed Abel in a feat of jealousy because God accepted Abel’s offering and not his. Taken loosely these words could mean very little to our everyday lives. In the spiritual sense it is not what Cain did to Abel in his feat of jealousy that we should dwell upon. It is the fact that Cain did not feel responsible for Abel.

Worship is something both personal and it’s something you do with others. How unfortunate that some believers are seasonal worshipers and many will only worship on a specific day. What is God worth to you?

In modern spirituality there are usually three established organic systems of liberation – Voidism, Impersonalism and Personalism. Voidism purports that there is no God, no existence and no worldly thought worthy of thinking. Non-dualistic Impersonalism asserts that there is no personal God but only mythical stories and images that aid in the quest for liberation. The vehicles used to attain these types of liberated states usually assume some aspect of meditation or yoga combined with renunciation of worldly ideals and pleasures.

Healthy living is the most important part of a great life. Lots of sex, having lots of money, being “spiritual” and meditating, traveling all over..

Default is the setting that most technology uses as a “fall-back” setting….so if the user (you) doesn’t want to customize the technology, it will default to this setting. So I’m asking you: Are you living by default? Or are you consciously chosing how you are living?
