How Overstimulation Is DESTROYING Your Vibration…

How many of you have ever heard someone say “I really want to, but…” How many of you have ever thought if you really wanted to, then you would but to me you are just being fake! We use the statement, myself included, a lot of times but if we were honest we would admit that we really didn’t want to do whatever it is we were saying. In today’s world I think there is a shortage of “real” people.

If you want to establish, or re-establish your relationship with God, remember to come with the openness and expectancy of a little child. When my nephew was about 5-years old, he was terrified of putting his face in the water while learning to swim. The night before swimming lessons, my sister told him to ask God to help him.

Those on a spiritual path share the greatest desire to touch the infinite, to touch God, in some meaningful way. Very few people remain dedicated to this goal for two primary reasons. The first is they don’t feel worthy of a deep spiritual relationship with God.

Imagine the picture before us of a life where holiness and the things of God pervade the entire envelope of existence. Pretend for a moment that God has finally eradicated all sense of the common, and all sense of evil; all things profane and impure have found their rightful place – in annihilation.

The Bible tells a story of Solomon, the son of David through Bathsheba. He was Israel’s most famous king. David, his father fought many wars and created a strong kingdom, and so Solomon inherited peace. He protected his country by keeping up a strong army and building fortresses. He made marriage-alliances with the kings of surrounding countries. Israel became a rich country under Solomon’s rule. He traded copper and horses for precious cargoes of gold and jewels. Solomon’s God-given wisdom made him famous. This made the Queen of Sheba (south-west Arabia) to test his wisdom by paying him a surprise visit.

Sayings 7-19 of the Sayings of the Wise cover mainly the subject of wise consumption of food and drink, as well as warnings not to covet things that are not ours, and to “buy wisdom”. There is a more ordered structure to this chapter than previous ones.

We know from Scripture where Peace does not come from. Paul said that the letter (the gramma or grapho, a written letter or doctrine) can actually kill or rob the spirit of Love and Peace. There have been times in my life when I would fight for my own view; but that is over, done, finished! I have fallen in LOVE with the Peace of the Mind of Christ.

At certain times in our lives we experience changes that turn our lives upside down, and when things seem impossibly desperate we may even find ourselves wondering what God was thinking to allow it. And yet He can take even the most difficult of circumstances and turn them around for our good. He does it all the time, if we’re discerning enough to see it. In fact, the purpose of trials is to draw us to Him. Think about this: if you had no troubles, would you need Him at all? Would you call upon Him and spend intimate time alone with Him in that secret place if you had no need for His company? Rather unlikely, is it not?

For the last year or so I’ve been talking about what I think would be an amazing addition to my day. It’s something I’ve wanted to build into my routine so badly, I just can’t seem to get it working.

What is real suffering? Have you ever felt like you were alone in your trials? Where can you find help through the storm?

It often starts as though there is another person in us goading us along to do it. A voice telling us that unless we can say it, put it to practice then we aren’t who we think we are. As children these voices come from our peers, friends and classmates and as adults this voice is within us.
