This chakra system is an energy entity that plays a great role in our overall wellness. The concept of the chakra system has been around for centuries; however, the New Age movement gave it the popularity that is experiencing right now. The New Age chakra system is composed of seven major chakras located in the human body.

The fourth chakra is located behind the breast bone, at the level of the heart; therefore it is also called the heart chakra. It is represented by the color green, and by the traditional 12-petaled lotus. The heart chakra is the center for everything. It represents the center of love, compassion, and spirituality, and dictates how we feel love for ourselves and how we share love with others. It is also the center point of our whole existence as it represents inner balance and is the deepest chakra in our core. In the chakra system, the fourth chakra is also the center that connects our mind and soul. The lower chakras represent our physical existence while the upper chakras represent our spiritual existence. Being in the middle, the fourth chakra represents the balance between the two.

Having been reading and studying this ancient document over these past few months there are various highly practical lessons in the final section. If there is one lesson we see so very clearly in the book of Hebrews it is this. It is important what we believe and why we hold on to our belief or faith. We do hear it said that it really does not matter what you believe as long as you are sincere. If you are sincerely wrong then your belief can do such harm and damage to you yourself and to other people.

Attending Church had a special meaning during those years, it was quite different from the time we experience in the corporate worship services today. Modesty and humility were the hallmark of Godly men and women then and so much has changed in this century.

We’re too easily tricked into thinking God’s got it ‘in’ for us, or at least God’s not defending us, when our circumstances turn pear-shaped. There are clearly times when there is no justice and just how do we contend with those times?

The way to cure our own troubles at times is to remember those whose suffering is worse and more severe and more painful. If we take out eyes off Jesus Christ we can forget those who are in prison and being persecuted for their faith. Remember them as though you yourself were in prison. They need prayer and support and concern. Sympathy is to ‘suffer with’ and here it is almost as if you were in their shoes. If we take our eyes of Jesus, we will soon forget those who are suffering for their faith in Christ. There is no room for neutrality or indifference.

Music has been a part of all things in the powers of the universe. Vibrations that come from many galaxies far away touch our bodies, mind, and soul. If the right frequencies were not perfect for Life on Earth, we would not survive. The sounds and music reflect into themselves, as we can reflect on our own spirits, and be touched by the spiritual giving that all vibration nourishes.

I chose naturally to sit there and watch the early stages of the sunset.
