Many people seek more inner peace and groundedness within themselves. They do this through activities like yoga, meditation, and learning how to stay in the present moment during the events of their everyday lives.

Cloaked in the illusion of flesh and physicality, we believe we are separate from each other, and judge through flawed perception of outer differences. Like a veil of evil that we do not see through, it has us completely fooled.

Just as it would be frowned upon to pass wind or burp in public, as it goes against the generally accepted social code of conduct, so there are certain attitudes that are not going to support us in our spiritual life. To be on a spiritual path is to be in touch with invisible beings, whether we are conscious of this or not. There are certain attitudes that ‘turn off’ higher invisible beings.

Meditation is a holistic experience that has been sought after and practiced for thousands of years. Its basic goal is to transcend the daily thought patterns of mundane life and reach a higher or deeper level of thought and understanding by quieting the mind.

Intelligent creative energy flows through the universe birthing the creative essence in all that is manifested. Moving alongside this creative energy, that has potential to birth much in the way of harmonious, love filled life is the gift energy current of free will choice. Humans have free will to use the creative energy for manifestation of both a lower or higher vibrational life.
