The year 2012 is and will bring many changes, not so much on a physical level as it will on a spiritual and emotional level. The earth will still be here and I see no dramatic earth changes, although that can always change as it has many times in the past. There has always been and always will be climate change, we humans have very little to do with it.

The Bible is full of words of encouragement. Today it’s possible for every Christian believer to hear from God and to be encouraged in his/her faith. The Bible says that we can go boldly before God’s throne and receive mercy and grace in our time of need. We can do this any time we choose. Every day becomes new in the light of the Lord’s forgiveness and renewing power of His words. Have you ever heard the expression, “Today is the first day of the rest of your life?”

Once upon a time an animal would need to be sacrificed for the believer to feel better about their sins-but really this was only a reminder of sin (Hebrews 10:3). Now the only thing we need to sacrifice is our thanksgiving and praise. The rest is done! Entirely.
