What Is The Purpose of Your Life?

For all those born in the month of February, your Birthstone is Amethyst. Amethyst is a variety of quartz with purple coloration which is caused by impurities of iron or manganese. It occurs in a wide range of purple shades and is found in many areas around the world. The word Amethyst comes from the Greek meaning “without drunkenness”. Ancient Greeks and Romans wore Amethyst and made drinking vessels from it in the belief that it would prevent intoxication.

Our understanding of God is limited. We can learn to know Him through His attributes and His awesome love for us by studying the spiritual path of Torah which leads us to oneness with Him.

When I was dating, I connected with an old friend at a high school reunion. He invited me to participate in a program at his church called Inside Out. The foundation of the program was, as Christians, we change from the inside out.

Just consider for a moment how the indiscipline that results in adultery causes such havoc and pain and hurt! There are times when a very specific and necessary word just jumps out at me and it is can be a word or message which is relevant for a special occasion.

It is not about Earth day or Earth week. Our Mother Earth is a living and loving body housing God’s Kingdoms of which we are a part. The Golden Rule (a rule known and practiced by all religions) needs to be applied for all sentient beings and not just for the human kingdom.

When God created all things, He chose to establish a moral system based upon absolute standards of right and wrong. The foundation for these is the Ten Commandments found in Exodus 20:1-17 and Deuteronomy 5:6-21.

Why is it that most people including Christians do not sit down and count the cost of completing a project? If you do not understand, the definition of what “count the cost” means let me explain it in layman terms. It is the pro and cons, or the advantages and disadvantages.

I was watching the news for the Los Angeles area the other day and was really struck by the stories and their negative spin. I know there are positive things happening in Los Angeles however all we see are the horrible things people are doing to each other from killing family members to destroying marriages. I had to shut off the news and turn on some positive worships music. As I sat and thought about the difference in the lives of those individuals and the lives of those that are placing God in the drivers seat, one thing popped into my mind, God’s love is unconditional while man’s love generally has strings attached and if you cut or unravel a string all hell breaks loose.

From the earliest of times, man has always been fond of Gardens. There is something special about the cool times alone in the tranquil surroundings of a beautifully laid out garden.

There are a number of concerns about safety when it comes to casting spells. These involve the type of spell, the intention of the spell and the end result of the spell. Most importantly, they also involve the skill and technique of the person casting the spell.
