It’s a wonder to me why so many movies and novels are produced portraying demons, vampires, aliens and monsters of all kinds when the people who view or read them can be positively scared by these inventions. What is the fascination for us humans in scaring ourselves?

It’s a question I often asked when the desires of my heart went unanswered. And it occurs to us all. It’s a continual state.

The fact is; it is more important to feel in control and superior than it is to ferret out the facts and come to logical conclusions. Why? Because our idea of self or ego, although false, must be constantly blown up like a balloon with a small hole in it. Otherwise, if our ego was permitted to diminish, which would mean that we became peaceful and loving, then we would see the reality of our vulnerability and weakness as a human being, which would far too devastating for anyone caught in the web of delusion that we call life.

How does one gather in the blessings of God? Is it possible for one to do this? Is this a task that is out of your reach? Well, anguish no more. God says, “I hear you, loud and clear.” Why is it so impossible for one to receive God’s great blessings for His children? Did he not make us in his image and likeness? Did he not promise that he would be with us always? He did promise to be with us always, until the ends of the earth.

Learning to trust God is not an easy feat, but it’s essential if you truly want to deepen your relationship with Him. In fact, that it what faith is – it’s trusting solely in God.

The soul of God that is in that person, is also in you…This is why our relationship with God is tied to our relationship with our fellow man. God created everything that exists, we and everything around us both the physical and the spiritual plane, this is His outfit so for things to work out for us we need to follow and be part of His organization. God utilizes everything including us, by refusing to help a stranger, a fellow man we may be refusing to be used by God. And so therefore should we ever find ourselves in trouble nobody will bail us out.
