How Can We Collectively Deal With Traumatic Situations?

A restricted frame of reference could gives us a false picture of the truth or as George Soros writes in The New Paradigm for Financial Markets – The Credit Crisis of 2008 and What It Means, “ People’s understanding is inherently imperfect because they are a part of reality and a part cannot fully comprehend the whole.” Let’s see it with an example of space clearing or space healing sciences.

This article explains how reality is created through idea, thought and beliefs and materialized through intensity of concentration and duration. I explain the real reason the it is so difficult to get what you want due to over-concentration. Physical reality is created unconsciously and to do it consciously is a difficult proposition, but there are ways explained here.

Just as the path to physical health requires great sacrifice, so does the path to mental and emotional wholeness. Wholeness for some might require cutting off certain things, relationships, places, etc., in order to detach from depression, fear, suicidal thoughts, hopelessness, feeling of inadequacy and the like. You don’t have to feel stupid, rejected or any intense emotional pain if you allow God into your situation!

In the midst of great progress in my spiritual journey, a storm has erupted. It is at times like these when our truths are challenged and we lose our way temporarily.

Mediation is a process of opening our spiritual antennae to receive infinite understanding of ourselves. It is an inside out approach that encourages us to let go of ego and be one with all creation. Meditation is food for the soul that feeds and replenishes us.

How can I serve God? That’s a good question. There are many things you can do, but the one I will focus on is serving others. Our rewards in life are of exact proportion or perhaps even more to the services in which we perform in our lives.

A soul’s true identity comes from the fabric of its innermost drive. What motivates a soul is how it’s to be judged. But this is not how the world defines a soul.

If we can’t or won’t take the risk to face both our inner and outer fears, or to meet the challenges of the spiritual and physical realms, then we are merely renters of our lives; we do not truly own them. Are we worth the risk and commitment it will take to make a lasting change of value? Living a full healthy life not only means inhabiting our daily existence; we must awaken to our spiritual life and inhabit it with equal conviction.

We all have our own path in life, our own lessons to learn. Don’t let other’s struggles distract you from your own life lessons. Just remind your self it’s not my journey.
