As someone who is going through this now, I can tell you it’s a much slower process to remember our beginnings, our past lives, as an adult. It begins with an open heart and by listening to the whispers.

People struggle with the notion of spirituality. Yet it is so easy! It is all about being who and what you are. It is all about your awareness expanding and seeing the world in a more inclusive way.

The bottom line is we are ONE! But, the question is – how are we going to get everybody to realize that – especially the ones that teach it? Religion is great if the object of the religion is to build a closer relationship with our Creator. But, our Creator is the Creator of all. If you want to build a relationship with someone, are you gonna hate His (or Her) kids?

Guard your heart first! What do I mean by Guard Your Heart? I understand why you may ask this question. It’s one of those statements that people say as if everyone knows what it means. I don’t know if you understand where I’m coming from, yet let me continue. When I became a mom, a love came over me that I had never felt before. Recently, one of the young women shared with the other volunteer that she was going to commit suicide, but she felt God’s presence at service tonight and decided not to.

How great an understanding it is to attribute everything – the good, the bad, and the ugly – to the Lord’s hand: at the Spirit’s direction. God matured Job’s faith through trial, just as the Lord’s refining us through ours. When we approach life this way nothing is truly against us; everything is for our good.
