Discovering the Unconditioned: A 20 Minute Meditation with Eckhart

How do you shift your consciousness? Affirmations are a wonderful way to change your life and draw to you all that you desire in terms of spirituality and personal growth.

Does it confuse you when someone says that you are consciousness? You try to figure out what that person means by consciousness. You manage to somehow get an idea of ‘what it could be’. But then when you see some spiritual people talking about consciousness, you find that it does not fit into what you were thinking consciousness is. I have a few questions for you. Just answer by a simple yes or no.

If you can just look honestly inside when you feel a desire. All you will see is a pain. If that pain is sooth-able through some future solution then the feeling of pain quickly turns into HOPE. If mind is unable to come up with a solution, despair occurs. One feels helpless. Hope is a manifestation of future solution, despair a lack of it. What happens when one feels helpless? When no ‘solution’ is at hand? One seeks an escape through over-indulging in alcohol, eating, sex, T.V, talking etc.

Individuals come to me seeking help and healing in their life because I am a Master Energy Healer and Medical Intuitive. In the process of discovering the reason for their illness or dis-ease there is often times some type of trauma associated with the illness or dis-ease. Many times the trauma has come from events where they were a victim of another individual’s action(s). Many times the negative energy which is a result of the unresolved trauma has caused the individual to become ill. One of the ways of resolving the illness and dis-ease, caused by the trauma, is to forgive the incident.

My search for truth began many years ago, but I truly began in earnest shortly after joining the Masonic Lodge in 1974. I have always been a seeker, one to not always follow the conventional wisdom of the time.

All physical hungers when taken in excess such as over-eating, unhealthy sexual behaviours, addictions etc. all result from our soul crying out to be satisfied; crying out for something more; something that only the love of God can fill. Satan became the father of iniquity and he spread this soul eating virus to Adam. Now the power of death rules in this dimension and Satan uses this power to deceive the whole world.

With an unwavering faith, feeling good always, I was healed! I’ve learned with the Law of Attraction that how you feel is essential to manifesting what you are wanting. I was manifesting healing.

Beyond the physical, what does this mean? Beyond the physical is many things and it is one thing. Metaphysics is the believing in that which cannot be seen, touched, tasted, or heard with any of your physical senses.

I must be delivered from my obsession to be loved. This obsession enslaves me to the feelings of others. I do not need to be loved by others, for I am cherished by the one who is love at it’s fullest. When Jesus is the final source of my love, my enslavement to others ends. I will be free to fully love them.
