What do I mean living from the heart? Well it is living in our truth, the real us, and living in our purpose! All of our emotions need to be acknowledged to live in this exciting blissful place!

How do you find your life? Is it a constant struggle or do you see it as fun, a life full of glorious lessons to help you grow! Can you see it as a game and enjoy it? How are you playing it!

When you live your life in siege mode you will always be trying different things in order to make life work but for some reason your efforts do not make a difference because there are forces operating against you and hindering your progress. I am really not interested in the argument about whether or not a Christian can be attacked by the demonic, but I believe that once you’ve dedicated your life to God you have declared war on the territory of the enemy, therefore you cannot afford to abdicate your authority as a soldier in the army of the Lord living under siege. From time to time you need to go beyond enemy lines and recover what the enemy would have looted from you in the few battles that he would have won while you were enjoying spiritual slumber. We are involved in a war and the enemy that we fight is desperate because he doesn’t have much time. Our mandate as believers is to win as many as possible, his mission is to get a consolation because he has already lost.

I would never have encountered my true identity and known my real self if it had not been for the Lord. I would still be stuck in mild religiosity instead of a convicted knowledge of the one and only true God. I would have lost heart, cast restraint and perished in ignorance without Him. But it was and still is the amazing grace of God that keeps me going and growing as I strive, thrive and survive daily challenges to attain the prize of the high call which I am reaching for.

Spending precious uncommon time doing things that will not count for eternity is the preoccupation of most people who have never really considered the gravity and enormity of the fact that life is temporal and therefore there is an after – life. Whether that particular life is one of bliss in heaven or burning in hell is determined primarily by a number of choices all of which are related. If you live for yourself now, separated from God, why should things change in the final analysis? A life without Jesus will equate to eternity without Him. The Bible says they will say Lord didn’t we preach and do miracles in your name and he will say depart from me you workers of eternity. I urge you to do serious reflection and consider what you are prioritizing now. Are you going to make it at this rate?

Our world is a little upside down right now, and many of us are somewhat confused. But is it possible do you think, to look with different eyes? Can you see opportunity?

When we look at grace with eyes concerned for truth we cannot actually see it being undone. It’s too perfect. Grace is endured via love – the two concepts intertwined. And we know, also, that “love never fails” (1 Corinthians 13:8).

If your brother sins against you, go and show him his fault, just between the two of you (Matthew 18:15a)NIV When someone offends or hurts us, the Lord Jesus teaches that we go that person first to correct the issue. So often we are inclined to tell everyone else about the wrong done to us, instead of following this line of action that our Lord commands. And what our Lord commands is that instead of telling anyone and everyone else with a pair of ears, we should go and address the matter in private with the person involved.

I must honestly admit that I find it quite amusing to see the kind of things people get up to in order to fit in with the in crowd. They acquire certain pretentious “yuppie” attitudes. They adopt a certain lingo; buy only certain clothes.
