Being with Yourself: A 20 Minute Meditation with Eckhart Tolle

There is nothing in God’s plan that says we have to restrict our horizons in the same framework we limit worldly expansion through borders and language barriers. Our souls do not require particular language to chat with God because he is the Universal Link, the entity who is the source for all knowledge and happiness and as a bonus; our souls are directly linked to him. ‘But those who hope in Yahweh will renew their strength.’ Isaiah 40:31. Inspiration works best when our minds are calm and cheerful so even though you may desire to listen to heavy rock or rap step aside for a moment and allow the richness of classical music to enfold your senses embracing the energies of life.

Paul talks about homosexuality as being a depraved act as is iniquity and immorality but he also talks about love. It is impossible for love to have divisions within its intent if it is genuine and respectful and it is not gender specific either. However, his message throughout his letters was to emphasize the importance and need to wipe out injustices, (Romans 1:29) to reinforcing Jesus’ message of faith within. To be loved is the greatest gift any person may receive and to offer unbridled love is the greatest gift we may offer another. God’s love is the only form of unconditional love there is and he asks us to emulate his kindness. If we are to judge others because of our restrictive mindset then we are completing the circle by being judged ourselves.

The visible absence of God within society aids the depletion of values and as criminals increase their armament with intensity, the task is tougher for law enforcement personnel to combat. However, all things are possible with God and, as he awaits our pleading, struggles escalate and thirty five thousand people disappear everyday through human trafficking. Add to that the numbers of sexual related abuses, domestic abuse and bullying and the numbers are more significant as they portray our apathy. Now many of us may not be innocent as doves but we have the courage to develop contrite hearts and make amends to God and others for misplacing their trust in us. Nobody may destroy our souls but they may harm our bodies, however, as we are serving each other by cleansing our environment of venomous practices, we shall triumph with amazing merit.

The vital importance of the basics of the Christian Faith is evident, for without them Christianity loses its difference, substance and depth. Indeed the very essence of the Christian Faith rest upon these major doctrines of the Lord Jesus Christ. There are six principles of these foundation teachings. While this question opens the door to a myriad of answers, the truth is that the only acceptable one is, “The value I see in myself.” As you live life in ways of peace, harmony, love and spirituality, the pattern of greatness that is innate in you begins to elevate. You begin to realize your strength; the gift of life as a cherished and extravagant event in the world.

Last June 25, 2010 a bomb exploded in a bus in Makati City, Philippines, killing 5 persons and injuring 13 others. This is just the latest in a series of more than 20 bombings in this country which has spanned now for 11 years. Is there a way to prevent these bomb explosions? I offer 3 suggestions for the prevention of the making and exploding of these bombs.

Let us move forward in a way that allows you to feel emboldened to show your love of life, yourself and your spiritual beliefs. You can change the world, but it must be done from one person to another, beginning with yourself. We deem you a special soul in a sea of angels. It is you who has the power to magnify the good that is in all people!

Marvelous it is to think that this woman could begin to comprehend the matchless grace resplendent in and through Jesus… that he knew her whole sordid story, and even though he was to become the Messiah, he did not denigrate or shun her, but spoke candidly with her. The Samaritans weren’t in the same league…

You are the vessel for God’s love. It is up to you to carry this idea with you throughout your day so that everyone you come in contact with will reap the benefits. When you stay committed to cherishing the perfect aspects of your soul, all aspects of your physical life become enhanced. The good thing is that even when you may feel depressed or distressed, this inner love from your Creator is still there.

Yellow is the colour of sunshine, and therefore something that we naturally assume will do us good. Without sunshine we can develop S.A.D. Seasonal Affective Disorder which can leave us lethargic and depressed. It is also the colour designated to the third chakra, the solar plexus (solar, another name for sun), and as such relates to wisdom, orderliness and self worth to name but a few points. When visualising this colour think of buttercups or other clear bright flowers.

Blessings are God-given to all people on this planet. What we do with them is a matter of personal choice. It is important for you to understand that a level of protection always awaits you and is always given. Angels are alive around you too! We approach the subject of blessings because we often hear people complain that they do not feel like they are. It comes down to acceptance of the energy of God and Spirit.

Many of you are looking to find peace and tranquility. Others seem to be content with being a discontent. It is highly unlikely that you would not know someone like that. Our job, as well as yours, is to move beyond the negative thinking and lead by example of the exquisite Light of God.
