This article is the first in the series, “Onward, Christian Soldier”. According to Christianity, a person will only experience the fullness of life upon recognizing Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior of the world. Such acceptance avoids God’s wrath and invokes divine favor. The church declares to believers that they are soldiers in God’s army. They were drafted when they trusted Jesus Christ as their Savior and were born again into the family of God.

So, the question is – quite simply – do we listen to Jesus? If we answer “yes” we’ll be on the side of truth, but if we say, “No, I don’t listen to a man who’s ‘supposed’ to be God who died nearly two thousand years ago,” we will not have the truth in us – we are not on the side of truth.
